Over the past decade in global logistics, Ram and Vishnu kept running into the same silent saboteur: unpredictability. Great products and sharp teams still got blindsided because quality, freight, and customs lived in different universes. Ram’s instincts were shaped early in India, watching his parents build businesses through boom-and-bust cycles by empowering the right teams. Vishnu’s came from years of building real-world ops tech. In 2020, they teamed up to turn a shared conviction into Silq: reliability should be designed, not wished for.
